APPROVED SHOWS:

Any show in TENNESSEE. Only four (4) Tennessee shows will be allowed per calendar year. Exhibitors will be allowed to choose which shows they wish to count.

***MUST EXHIBIT IN AT LEAST TWO SHOWS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN AWARD***

AWARD RULES:

If any club member is not allowed to show at a Tennessee show due to being the Show Chairman or having to work the show, he/she will be allowed to double his/her points of another show if they do not have 4 other shows.

Donkeys can not count youth classes or fun classes such as panty race, musical buckets and costume towards their annual awards.

Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion are determined by totaling Halter, In Hand, In Cart, and Color points (spotted color added will be minus ACOSA).

YOUTH RULES:

Youth exhibitors will be allowed to show multiple donkeys but will only be able to use the points from one donkey towards youth award. They get to choose which donkey at the end of the year along with which 4 shows.

If a show offers a specific youth class, the youth will only be able to show in that youth class, the youth can not show in the same adult/open class. An adult however can show that donkey in the open or adult class. This rule is a per class rule and not an entire show rule. If a youth has only the option to show in an open class the youth will acquire points toward the youth award and the donkey will also earn points towards its show awards.

exp: A show has a youth coon jumping class, the youth can only show in the youth coon jumping class but not the adult/open coon jumping class, but if the same show doesn't have a youth snigging class, in that case the youth can show in the open snigging class.

Game classes such as panty race, costume, musical buckets, etc. will be counted towards youth annual awards.

AMBASSADOR AWARD RULES:

A donkey earns points for work outside the show ring which promotes the breed. Exp. Parades, exhibitions, plays, social events, classes, etc.

Ambassador points are not limited to the state of Tennessee.

Each event each day earns the donkey 1 point.
