To bring together people, adult & youth, that own and/or are interested in donkeys of all sizes,
with quality family-oriented activities in a spirit of good community. And, to be dedicated to the
advancement and promotion of the donkey breed through educational, charitable and social events.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce that one of our fellow donkey club members, Bob Dorris, of Franklin, Tennessee, age 71, passed away February 22, 2012. Bob & Sandy raised outstanding donkeys for many years at Wit's End Farm in Franklin, Tennessee. He is survived by his wife Sandy, children Robert J. Dorris and Susan Lunsford Cathro, his three grandchildren, and four loving sisters.
Due to the unexpected and suddenness of his passing, they are having a family only memorial. The family wants to thank you for your prayers and your understanding at this difficult time.
Bob is going to be missed by all the members of the Tennessee Donkey Association and by all that knew & loved him. He was such a positive influence in our lives and his passing has left an emptyness in our hearts.

There is also a prayer request board that you can sign for our dear friend, Sandy, by clicking here. I know that Sandy is reading this board daily and is gaining strength and comfort from our words.
